Issues - Lack of sleep

If you are having a single baby, you should be free of this problem.
I have a Twin, so the problem is real.

However, some sleepyheads out there will stil face this problem with one baby.
But there is really no two way around it.

If your wife is breast feeding 100%, all you can do as a husband is to bring the baby to her, maybe give her a little massage or to bring her a drink. Don't drop dead to bed and sleep. It's so discouraging.

Another way to to teach your wife to feed lieing down. So you can sleep, mummy can sleep while baby suckle on and eventually sleep. This method is what i am adopting.
However, just make sure mummy sleeps in a 60degree angle backwards to prevent turning and hitting the baby.

Then you think, what if i am on formula. I have to wake up and make the milk and wash the bottle and sterlize it after use.

Well... that's what i do too!

While my wife breastfeed, i feed the other baby with formula. Sometimes while looking at my wife sleep cum feed the other twin. How tough can it get?!

But tell yourself, the babys' feeding pattern will soon change.
Remarkablely, after the first month, you will either see a change in feeding pattern (of course you have to try to train the baby) and they sleep more at night or ...... you get used to waking up often.

Anyway... i think there is no two way around it when it comes to sleep.
Just sleep when the baby sleep and try to catch up some during work?
